Great bag but too small and missing wheels
I ordered this bag after using and loving my husband’s Herschel soft carryon. When I got this one I realized it is significantly smaller than his and only has two wheels instead of four so pulling it vs pushing it was much heavier. Please bring the old style back!

Great bag but too small and missing wheels

Returned because the bag was smaller than advertised.
I was excited about this bag and really hoping to like it, but unfortunately it was even smaller than advertised online. The physical tag on the bag showed dimensions that were smaller than those on the listing in both height and width. I'm sure it would be a nice bag for those who don't need as much space, but I'll have to try again.

Hmmm I’m torn
I used to have a small carry one (the old style) and I completely loved it
But to be honest this new style is a bit disappointing the pocket in front is different and doesn’t utilize the space that’s given like the last model and the side (even though it’s soft) seems to “bow” out at all times, therefore making it a bit hard to zip at times
