Outside pocket and zipper is very stiff
Loved the bag, perfect size for my needs. However, the outside pocket has an overlay hiding the zipper. This overlay is very stiff, making it difficult. It needs to be lifted up to use the zipper, zipper is stiff. Therefore not and easy open/close if you are going to be utilize the space for often needed items such as car keys.

Comes as pictured. The bag provides lots of room. I was able to fit my 40 oz water bottle, wallet, glasses, keys, lipstick, and big set of keys. I was surprised at how much I was able to fit. The material is also very sturdy!
