Don't Buy Herschel Supply
This "finest quality" (as advertised) luggage broke on its second use. The "lifetime warranty" involved me having to pay 50% of the original cost to get it replaced. The customer service department was completely lost on the irony of "Finest Quality" in bold in their emails telling me they would not stand by their product that had literally broken on the second use. Save yourself time and hassle and buy a different brand.

Cute but not practical
I loved the idea of this suitcase in a light/neutral color but in reality, it may have been a big mistake. It does not come with a cover and was a little dirty after first use. Plus there were several stickers on it when it arrived that did not peel off w/o leaving goop in two spots.

My only suggestion is that you offer covers for the 67-liter suitcases; this way you avoid using the protective plastic and it would be more elegant.
