Soft & Comfortable
I love this hat. It did exactly what I needed. It's soft and kept my head warm as I walked around in Manhattan. I am very pleased with the quality. I will purchase another.

ITEM WAS NOT IN BAG/SALES CLERK INSISTED IT WAS!!!
I never received this at pick up, the salesclerk was very confused. I have to wait for the recovery department to contact me. This is a gift that was paid for and no merchandise. Will never use pick up option. I have no gift and do not know what to do because it is paid for. And the clerk made the error.

Cheaply Made Chinese Quality
This is like putting a bag of rocks on your head. This is a China made low quality product and I returned it.

Doesn’t Stay On
It is very nice quality & feels good. But I found it really annoying that it kept slipping up my head & wouldn’t stay firmly down. Every time it slipped up I looked like I had a flat cone head sticking up.

Warm & comfortable
I purchased 3 hats for my Husband and 2 grown sons as stocking stuffers. The hats are very well made, feels like they will keep my men warm and not itchy.
