Perfect for everyday!

I have the little america backpack which I totally love, but this one is a game changer! The city backpack is a really comfortable work backpack that replaces your handbag and free your hands so you can hold your phone and iced coffee. That is exactly my everyday routine and this holds a lot without looking too bulky.

Won’t stay closed

I really wanted to love this backpack, the size was nice, I used it for a summer purse while chasing after my two young boys... it carried the bare essentials plus an extra pair of shorts and pull up while potty training my youngest. What was frustrating was that the front snap/magnet wouldn’t stay closed. I don’t know if this is a defect in just mine, I read a few reviews and no one mentioned it, but definitely a deal breaker for me. I didn’t have it overfilled either. And like just the action of putting it on my back, every time, the strap would detach. Might try another one and see if that’s still a problem.

Pretty Good

I got this product in gray. This thing is SUPER thin, however, it holds my essentials and looks cute/professional at the same time. One important thing the description leaves out (or I didn't notice) is that there is a discreet zipper pocket right under the main flap. This was a welcome surprise. This bag is perfect for a city commute.

Stylish but doesn't hold much

Big enough for my 15" macbook pro, its charger, my mouse, wallet and maybe a scarf. Comfortable straps

Hershel City Backpack

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Durable material, extremely thin but perfectly fits a laptop and a book or two. It came in two days, it has a zipper pocket for valuables. I love it. It's functional but exactly the style I was looking for.
