Super Cute, but zipper difficulty!
Super cute, durable backpack. Really love the way it looks. I agree with other reviewers though- the zipper is really difficult- one side zips, but the other side won’t budge.

No side pocket for shoes.
It seems that this bag is not the same as the one in the video. I preferred Herschel bag with the red flowers. There is no side zipper compartment for the shoes as shown in video. No inside zipper either. Very simple bag that I could have picked up at Walmart. Disappointed since I will be going away this weekend and I was depending on this bag for my trip.

Perfect for Casual Carry-on
Have been looking for a roomy but cute carry-on with a zipper. This one is great for me. Easily fits a large amount of stuff without being too heavy or cumbersome. The shade of pink is nice, not cotton candy or baby pink but more of a dusty rose.

Nice but color not as expected.
It was a nice bag, however I was looking for a blush color like the picture shows, but in person it was a lot darker almost tan color. Darker than a dusty rose. I will be returning.
