Best. Perfume. Ever.
I was given a sample of this perfume at Nordstrom when it first came out, and I have been in love ever since. It doesn't sample well on a paper stick; you really must try it on to experience it. Complex and difficult to describe: transcendent? (Yes, seriously.) Notes of citrus, woods, and salt. It reminds me of summer beaches, autumn woods, winter snow, and spring flowers (without a note of floral)! Men and women alike seem to like this perfume on me, but it doesn't smell great on everyone - test first to see if your body chemistry agrees with it.
I also adore Elixir des Merveilles (sexy without... Overreaching), and I have tried to sample other perfumes to try something new, but I keep coming back to this one. Good for everyday use or date night.

Once tried, you will buy again and again
I RARELY buy anything twice - be it clean supplies to make -up and all in between. But once I sprayed this on my skin - honestly- I have been buying it ever since. There is nothing like it and sometimes I have found that Hermes scents can be a bit strong and I can't wear them but not this - the Eau des Merveilles is just right in strength, its warm and pulls you into a place far away. I don't know how else to describe it. Every time I spray it on - I close my eyes and just take it in, I really do. If you're on the fence - DO IT. You will find the same things I have. It's worth every penny.

Best Perfume Ever
I have just ordered this product a SECOND time. A couple years ago i bought the smaller one (1.3 oz) to start off with. I'll tell you, it smelled AMAZING. It has the right touch off... how would you say it.... PERFECTION. It got so many compliments from strangers, friends, and family about how amazing it smelled. They kept on asking, "Where did you get that?" or "OMG that smells so good, I need to get that!". When I ran out I decided to get another one, but the larger one (3.3 oz). When I reveived it in the mail it was exactly just like the one I bought a couple years ago! Trust me, it is worth EVERY PENNY! I hope to get more of this in the future for friends and family!

Excellent - Majestic Fragrance
This is an excellent fragrance. It wears well for anytime that you wish to feel extra special times. It is a sleek combination of freshness, wood, amber, and enchantment that takes you away from the current state of mind. As a working professional and busy Mom, I cherish the opportunity to bask in the ambiance of this fragrance.

Ultra-feminine
I wore 'Deneuve' until that class act pulled it from being sold in the US. Took awhile of wading through all that's out there to find a replacement, but Eau des Merveilles did the trick. The fragrance is soft, gentle, extremely feminine and natural without being sweet. (Depending on body chemistry of course) this scent is an ideal signature fragrance.

Great fragrance
I have tried so may fragrances and this is 1 of my very favorites.
I almost always get asked what I am wearing and get complimented.
1 of my other favorites was Cristobal by Ballenciaga , which to my
dismay was discontinued. I hope that Hermes does not do the same.
