Terrible packaging
As with the shower gel, I bought this to complement the lovely eau de toilette. The lotion is fine, and has enough perfume in the formula to be noticeable on its own.
But the bottle, and the pump, are the worst of any this cosmetics junkie has ever encountered. The pump delivers next to no product. This might be just about passable if using it as solely a hand cream, but even then, several presses on this unwieldy, heavy glass bottle, on a sink, is...what product developers are supposed to correct?
Most disappointing, however, is that I have about a quarter of lotion left in the chamber which the pump is unable to lift out. Scraping the tube around is impossible because of the shape of the chamber. And the lotion is too thick to even move if I turned this £68 glass bottle precariously upside down.
This never went through a test run, or all of these issues would have been flagged.
As i said, I do still enjoy the eau de toilette, but these bottles make the body care a total waste of money.
