Lovely Silk Blend Blazer
I love the feel and look of this fabric. The black and cream herringbone design is classic. It is a timeless piece and is flattering. The sleeves are a bit too long for me, but Nordstrom's excellent tailors can remedy that.

So unbelievably disappointed in Nordstroms!!!
Bought this $700 blazer for my daughter for a Christmas present. I have to purchase items for her early, because her size 2 category sells out quickly. The blazer looks wonderful, I hope it fits her as well. But Nordstroms - SHAME ON YOU!!! Where is the class in sending an expensive clothing item?? Where is the class in your company anymore?? Where is that personal touch you once had?? This $700 blazer was all wadded up and mailed in a plastic bag. No box, no hanger, no tissue. You should be embarrassed! I expect more from your company at this price point. I personally worked personal shopping for a high end retailer for 10+ years. This would never have been acceptable and I certainly don't think Nordstrom's should think it is ever acceptable!

Beautiful jacket. Well constructed, wonderful material, classic style. Sadly, it is not proportioned for my frame. It was too long and the sleeves were too long. I am 5 ft 3 in tall and 120 lb for reference.

Wrong item and a size sent with a wrong tag
I ordered this blazer in a size 18, but I received completely different style of Ralph Lauren blazer. The one that I received was cropped round neck blazer with a wrong tag attached with the item. Completely wrong website description, nothing but a fraud.
This is unacceptable. The product was entirely different from the item ordered, and the quality of the item received was poor. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of attention to detail. I expect to receive the item I ordered or a full refund. I returned the item immediately and got my full refund.
Never ordering from the Nordstrom again.

wrong product description
A complete horror story!
I always wanted to buy this jacket for quite long now. I finally decided to order it from the Nordstrom since it was showing last piece available in my size. However I received completely different items and a size. This is incredibly disappointing. I wear usually 14 to 16 but they have sent me size 6. Immediately returned it. Please don’t buy, save yourself some money. A complete NO!

Wrong Item Received -Not Happy
I really wanted this blazer and was looking forward to wearing it to an event this weekend. Unfortunately item received was absolutely not the blazer in the picture. I was sent a car coat length wool coat that wasn’t even close to the herringbone blazer I ordered and had more buttons, long length, brown and black, not herringbone. How could Nordstrom get this wrong? I returned the coat to the store and the salesperson agreed it was a terrible mistake but unfortunately my size is no longer available in the blazer I wanted.
