Drying vegan leather shoes in direct sunlight may fade their color. UV rays also break down the coating used to create vegan leather, causing it to crack. 3. Clean your shoes with a soft brush. If deeply stained, use a mild soap solution, then wipe the surface of the vegan leather with a damp cloth and wrung out sponge.
