Almost but not quite
I really wanted an HH jacket, and love the white/black combo. The collar and pockets are lined with a mini-fleece, and very nice/soft/warm. It's slightly padded, but still a spring coat. The pockets are nice and deep. I typically wear a 18W/2X - 48" bust, 53" hip, and I ordered a 3X, and it fit... 2X would have been too small in the hip. I returned for two reasons - (1) there is no 2-way zipper, which is just nuts on an activewear jacket... when I sit, I like to unzip from the bottom to be comfortable; and (2) it wasn't designed for an apple or pear plus person. If you are straight up and down, this is a lovely jacket. OH! I'm also 5'9" and the arms were a tad long on me. If you're short, I'm not sure this would work.
