Not for me
I wear a size 16 so ordered an XL so I could fit a sweater underneath. It looks so nice on the model but it was huge on me. It came very far down my thighs. The fabric was quite crinkley which I did not like. Yes, it is a raincoat. But I looked like I was ready for going out on a lobster boat in a full gale. Had to return it.
