Helene Insulated Boot (Women)

I live in cold, snowy, icy Michigan and these boots are so good. I have a dog and we walk frequently, and even with icy and snowy road, I am so confident in these boots. I feel safe walking in them. The only downside is that it is quite big so I have to wear super thick socks or put my pants inside the boot. Love, love, love these boots that some neighbors also purchased them

Would love to say I love these but instead of getting boots I got a man’s sweater and now the boots are sold out everywhere. I don’t know why Nordstrom service has become so poor with boxes coming damaged, items appearing used, wrong items being sent but very disappointing. Unfortunately still waiting to see if they will credit my account. They sent me a return label to return the sweater they sent but the return label is for the boots( which they did not send) if you read their return requirements it’s states if the return item is not what they receive you will not be refunded your money. So is Nordstrom trying to scam me? Can’t return something I never received. These are 400$ boots also! Looks like I will be making another phone call.
