Beautiful Hat - Shipping Terrible
The hat is beautiful, well made and adjustable which is great. The brim is a nice size (not too large), keeps it shape and is not floppy. Unfortunately it was shipped in a box that was too small for the hat and the brim was bent out of shape. Not certain I could fix the brim so returned. Really disappointed in the shipping as this is a beautiful hat.

TOO BIG!
It was very disappointing to receive this hat in a box that was falling apart and halfway open—honestly, it looked like it came from a discount store.
The hat itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, it was too big for my head.
Returning.
