Heirloom Baroque Pearl Drop Earrings

I didn't receive the Monica Vinader jewelry box and pouch when I purchased these. It's so disappointing to receive these beautiful earrings and not receive the Monica Vinader box. I purchased a silver necklace that was half the price, and it came in a beautiful Monica Vinader box and pouch. I contacted Nordstrom and asked if they could send me the box and pouch. They said they couldn't, and I'd have to return them and reorder. I noticed another review that also came in a plastic bag, so it would be a waste of my time to reorder in hopes that I receive the box. I am typically very happy with Nordstroms customer service, but not this time.
