NEVER AGAIN.
After ordering from Nordstrom and receiving the lip balm, I then went and ordered two more from Stila directly. They arrived completely crushed and I emailed customer service many times over a few weeks and they never responded. I cannot support a company that thinks so little of their consumer as to not even address an email regarding damaged lipstick and make it right. I sent pictures as well. They may have revamped the company but with customer support not there, it means nothing.
