The unique, lightweight formula creates the high-shine, glistening effect of an allover gloss without the tackiness.
How to use: Apply with a sponge, synthetic brush or fingers and blend onto eyes, cheeks or body. Use alone or layer over your favorite eye or highlighter shades for an amped-up sheen. Tap onto lip color for added sparkle.
