The coat was fabulous. Their “Customer Care” department sucks. I took it to three levels.
While they were “considering it” they went ahead and did what I objected to. They want your money, not your satisfaction.

Zipper issues
Loved this coat when I bought it a year ago and still love the warmth and fit but now it won't zip up and I can't figure out what's wrong with the zipper. Very frustrated. It appears others have had this issue too.

I ordered this coat in the green shade. It's really cute - quilted by not puffy. I ordered my usual size and it fits great - large enough to wear a sweater underneath. I'm tall - the length is perfect and the sleeves are long enough. The zipper is sturdy and the hood is warm.

Best Winter Jacket
I gave this jacket in 5 colors and just bought the pink one. It’s the perfect jacket for us with wider hips. It’s warm for the colder days but not bulky. I love the pink color although it’s a bit more mauve than the pictures.
