Cozy neck wrap
I am happy with this neck wrap. It heats well and soothes my neck. Not sure why there are some negative reviews about this item. I haven't had any issues with it and am glad I bought this for myself.

Burned After First Use
The tag burned after the first use, even following the directions. The rest of the pad didn’t heat up very much. Had to throw away. Extremely disappointed. Complete waste of money.

caught on fire in the microwave!
Do not buy this. It doesn’t get warm and instructions read to heat in 30 second increments. After the third try to get it to heat it stated to smoke and caught on fire and the seam busted.

Heating Pad that heat not last more than a min.
The heat does not last. I even put it to 2 min which is more than stated in instructions but heat did not even last a minute. Very disappointing.

Should be removed/recalled
I received this as a gift and followed heating instructions and on my second attempt at heating for 30 seconds, it exploded/burned and beads fell out. Most of the wrap wasn’t even warm, but a couple spots were singed with burn holes. Doesn’t work and is a hazard.

Doesn't get that warm and then burned!
I followed the instructions and put it in the microwave in the pouch. It didn't feel hot enough so put it back in for another 30 seconds and then burned and all the stuff came out. Threw away $45!
