Beautiful frame....IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE BACK
I have a very special photo for this frame. I was excited to receive it. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to open the back. I have a handy man coming tomorrow to use a power screwdriver to open the back. I have never seen anything like this before. If I can't get it open in the back, I will have to return. No idea why the company so tightly wound the screws in the back, but just about impossible to open.
