Heart Corset Midi Sundress

This dress is super cute, but the straps are attached via buttons in the back (I think to allow you to customize how long they are) and within the first 12 hours of wearing this, both buttons had popped off just from normal movements like sitting/standing. This will need to be taken to the tailor for either extra reinforced button attachment or to get the straps permanently sewn on, which seems like something you shouldn't need to do for a garment at this price level.

The fabric, fit, and style on this number are all on point. Wish it came in more prints and colorways, even though I adore this kicky heart situation. The shoulder straps are adjustable via interior buttons at the back. Second time I wore the dress, one of the buttons popped off as I went to sit in a car seat. Not happy to have to have that mended, but it's absolutely worth it for such a flattering dress. Cute hook-and-eye details for a "corset" bodice with smocking at the back for a forgiving fit. I am a 38C, 40" bust, and the size 12 fits like a glove. I am also pear-shaped and wear 12/14 in bottoms, and this is no problem at all for this size. I am 5'5", and the length is slightly above my ankle.
