Great necklace, charm is not too large or small

I bought this necklace on a whim and love it. The heart is the perfect size - not too small, not too large. I thought the gold color looked fake, so I chose the silver and it pairs nicely with dress or casual clothing. The clasp is a bit difficult to catch the tiny rings, but I have bad arthritis, so it’s difficult to say if it’s harder for me to connect the clasp due to this or if the small size makes it difficult.

Pretty necklace but…

Necklace arrived tangled. The outside packaging was beautiful but doesn’t make up for the tangled mess I received. I was afraid it would break as I attempted to untangle, decided to return instead.

Cute - but came totally tangled

Very cute necklace but it came so tangled. I have spent over 2 hours trying to get it untangled. Not acceptable.

shiny and great

Great lil necklace. Cute, dainty and simple. It reminds me of Tiffany’s beanie heart necklace from back in the days. I normally get yellow gold jewelry but decided to get this necklace in silver. Great choice on my part. Silver really pops against my skin. It’s a keeper!!

There is nothing wrong

With this necklace. People are giving bad reviews because it came tangled with isn’t the fault of nordstrom. Blame the handlers who toss the package around. Anyway, the quality is 10/10 and it is a cute accessory to add to your jewelry box. Go for it!
