I love the shampoo
If you have dry or damaged hair, you need this shampoo. I recently received the Head & Hair Heal shampoo from Maria Nila for free to try out, and after using it for a few weeks, I have some thoughts to share.
First off, this shampoo has a sulfate-free, paraben-free, and silicone-free formula, which is great for anyone looking for a gentler, more natural option. The fresh, subtle scent is really pleasant and makes washing your hair feel like a little treat. After using it, I noticed my hair felt less brittle and more manageable, which is a huge plus if your hair tends to be fragile or prone to breakage.
However, if you have oily or fine hair, it might not be light enough to avoid weighing your hair down or leaving a residue. While it doesn’t leave my hair dry, it also doesn’t offer the intense hydration I was hoping for if you’re looking for something ultra-moisturizing.

Good shampoo but very pricey.
First off, I liked the shampoo. I used twice as directed and I will say my hair feels very soft and my scalp very clean. I did really enjoy the scent of the shampoo i think it was perfect but not overpowering. I also really like the ingredient list of this shampoo. I also want to mention that I did not have to use a lot of shampoo to get a good foamy lather. However, I think the shampoo is too pricey for my liking. I paired this shampoo with their heal conditioner and will say my hair and scalp feel clean and soft but im just not sure that it is worth the price. I also want to mention that I was gifted these products in exchange for my honest review.

give it time
I have very dry hair and scalp and I can say that this shampoo has definitely helped it feel less flaky and itchy. This has a fresh aqua scent and is creamy. It lathers up well. I don't notice much hair shedding using this compared to other shampoos. At first I didn't notice any difference and really only started seeing results after 2 weeks, so give it time. Gifted in exchange for my honest review.

Hair feels soft and silky
I love how my hair feels and looks after using this shampoo. It doesn’t strip my hair or makes my scalp dry. It actually hydrates and makes it less itchy and irritated with the amazing calming. It lathers so good, so you don’t need a ton of product to make it lather and cleans your hair. Plus it smells great, and makes my hair feel refreshed after a wash it also works for colored hair. Smells so nice
I absolutely love this shampoo! Even after one wash of switching to maria nila my hair felt so soft & clean & healthy. I've been dealing with a dry scalp and I'm excited to see the continued improvement with that.

I loveeeeee
My hair has very oily roots but my ends are also dry. I felt like the shampoo cleaned my hair really well without leaving my hair rough. For me, that's a plus. I recommend that you use it. It does what it promises. Gifted in exchange for my honest review.
