Not happy at all
I bought this jacket as a gift during the Black Friday sale. My confirmation showed the correct color was ordered but when I received it, the company had shipped the wrong color. The only option was for me to return and reorder, but the sale price could not be honored because it was a marketplace vendor. An exchange was not allowed even though it was the company error. The jacket is not worth the full price.
