Harper Tweed Dress
Bulky cut, itchy fabric, and the plaid tweed pattern does NOT look nearly as good in person -thick, cheap looking thread and it looks very black on white, not multi-colored. Ordered the THEORY dress on Anni instead. You can't go wrong with THEORY. Their cuts are *always* impeccable, especially if you are on the thin side.
