Earbuds

Very disappointed. Received these as a gift and have tried to set these up but have only had success with the right side. The left side will not work. I’ve used the directions from the manual many times to try and reset these without success. Many reviews report the same issue. Happy plugs ‘customer service’ is useless, wanting me to repeat the same reset procedure over and over. I’ve now replaced these with Beats. Don’t waste your money on these.
