Amazing coat, but size up
I’m a true 40 reg in Hugo Boss. I’m leaner than usual, but even so this fits incredibly small and tight. This coat is incredible though… color is better in person and the quality is amazing. The fabric has rigidity in all the right areas to frame your physique, but very comfortable fit with just the right amount of give in the fabric. I’m going to buy a 42 reg and have it tailored if necessary, but the 40 feels like a 38.
I’m 6’1” at 190lbs, muscular & athletic build.
