Great fitting shirt
I've been searching for a replacement since they stopped selling the slim fit HUGO dress shirts. I'm fit, 5'7", 145 lbs. and this shirt fits perfectly (15.5R). I wouldn't mind if it were just slightly tighter and you could mix neck and sleeve length. If only someone would sell shirts in sizes like suits (e.g., 15.5R and 15.5S). I have no idea why neck size is proportional to sleeve length! I plan to buy two more colors while I can.

Actually Extra Slim Fit
Say hello to Boss rebranding it's Extra Slim Fit as the new "Slim Fit." Really disappointing when you're accustomed to their sizes and the brand completely dismisses that.

terrible quality
Associate had my son try this on in store and it for nicely. Supposed to be easy care with little ironing. I followed tag instructions washed in cold, hung to dry. Was terribly wrinkled. I ironed it. Doesn’t iron well as it has stretch in the fabric. Wasn’t crisp but was okay enough so my son tried it on with his suit. It had shrunk and is now too small, especially at the neck. Wasted money (and it wasn’t cheap!) as I am now looking for another shirt.

Fits me perfectly
The Boss brand and Hank Slim Fit is my new favorite dress shirt. The 17.5R measures perfectly around my neck and is tapered nicely for my build (I'm 5'10" and 200 lbs). The shirt looks sharp with or without a necktie, tucked in or untucked. I purchased 3 different colors of the same style!
