Conducts heat to your hand
This products defeats its purpose in being a travel mug due to the fact you can't hold it while it houses hot liquid such as coffee because it conducts the heat to the outside of the mug. The lid itself has a "caution hot" warning printed on it, so we know it was intended for use with hot liquid. Wife loved it at first; now I am returning it.
