Really cute

This skirt exceeded my expectations. The skirt is puffy but this is what I like about it. I have a number of pink and mauve blouses that will set this off. I think this skirt can be dressed up or down and is really gorgeous!

Halloween costume quality

The top fabric is Halloween costume quality. I'm shocked that it was supposedly sold for over $100 originally. If I had bought this for a special occasion, I would be very upset. Lucky for y'all, I'm a performer and bought it for costuming. I won't likely buy anything from your Halogen label again if this is indicative of the quality.

Cheap materials

The materials of the skirt are a plastic like cloth. It wrinkles very quickly and needs a lot of steaming to keep it to look nice. I feel I overpaid for what the materials are. I’m also afraid during steaming that it might combust into flames. It’s cute for a kids birthday, where if it gets ruined by some sticky child I would not feel bad to toss it in the garbage.

Cute but too puffy

The skirt was too puffy. Had to return it. If some of the material was removed from underneath the skirt, then it might have worked.
