Comfortable, very soft, and fits beautifully.

The sweaters I got were absolutely five stars, wonderful sweaters. However, a few caveats: the cashmere varies widely in softness depending on the color (certain dyes affect the softness of the cashmere). When I tried them on in the store, some of the sweaters were very rough, scratchy, and uncomfortable (notably the purple and the grey), whereas others (such as the blue and the camel) were soft and delightful. The sweater runs a little large -- if you're between sizes, go down.

Disappointing

I bought three of these sweaters in various colors thinking they'd be my go-to sweater for Fall. I wore one for one day at work and it pilled so terribly that I returned it along with the other two I hadn't worn yet. I wish the cashmere was a better quality. These could be fantastic, but the quality is disappointing.

Disappointing

I bought three of these sweaters in various colors thinking they'd be my go-to sweater for Fall. I wore one for one day at work and it pilled so terribly that I returned it along with the other two I hadn't worn yet. I wish the cashmere was a better quality. These could be fantastic, but the quality is disappointing.

Cashmere........ is wool..

I read many of the reviews on line after I bought this sweater in Black at my local Nordstrom store. I was really confused. Perspectives are so different. I like the classic V neck look, my favorite. My experience buying cashmere. They all pill. High price, moderate price, they all pill. It is the nature of the beast. I bought the medium and I am happy with the length and fit. I will have it dry cleaned. I always have my cashmere cleaned professionally. We shall see how this fares.

Halogen Cashmere V-Neck Sweater

Last year I bought a couple of these sweaters and love them! I just got my order, and the cashmere is super itchy. Sadly, it's going to have to go back. Love the color though!

Disappointed

I bought this sweater because I like the color and it was available in petite sizes. I wore the sweater two times and it started getting those sweater balls right away. Not sure if this is a normal thing with cashmere sweaters, but I was surprised this happened so quickly. I will have to "shave" the sweater. Nice fit, thin and not bulky which I wanted.

Pills like crazy

I was so excited when I saw this sweater. Bought one to check out sizing with plans to buy one in almost every color. Put it on, fit was perfect. I wore it to dinner with a jean skirt. When I got home and took it off, the entire sides and arms were full of pilling! I'm totally disappointed and will be sending back. Maybe it could have somewhat forgivable if the sweater was much less expensive, but I expect much higher quality at this price point.

Yep, it's itchy

Fits well, cute, but other reviewers are right - it's itchy. I buy cashmere because it's so soft and comfortable. I might keep it just because it's a nice looking basic piece, but I bought it as a test to see if I wanted to get more and I won't be buying another Halogen cashmere.
