Single Button Relaxed Blazer

I purchased this jacket and the matching pants for a conference. I’m 5’5 and needed both the pants and jacket hemmed a bit. Nordstrom’s alterations department made this suit fit perfectly and much more quickly than my regular tailor. I wore it for 14 hours and I was comfortable, stayed presentable and wasn’t too hot. I loved it so much, I ended up purchasing the same suit in another color. I’m normally a 12 and the 12 fit well.

It’s titled a relaxed fit, and that is accurate. There is enough room at the waist for me to fit another human inside this blazer/ suit jacket. I’m an hourglass, and didn’t enjoy this fit. Comes with one extra button, I believe. Jacket is lined. Nothing fancy, though. This color, a rather sandy neutral shade, bright out the redness that is sometimes visible in my skin. I’m a 37” bust and 28” waist (41” at low hip), and usually wear a medium or size 8. This jacket ran true to size for me.

I love suits for work attire. You can mix and match different tops and blouses and jackets to get the perfect look for you!!! This blazer is true to size and a comfortable fit. The arms/sleeves are not too long, but just right for me. I also paired this blazer with a pair of linen pants and jeans just to see how I like it. The quality of the blazer is very good and I purchased another color.
