Plaid Tweed Jacket

This is a perfect jacket to layer over a sweater and jeans or a dress to the office. The weather is still warm here,but we had a handful of cooler days 2 weeks ago, so I wore the jacket over a winter white dress one day. I received so many compliments. great fit, too! No alterations necessary. I am a bit short waisted, but the jacket hits at a great point. Not too long. so it doesn't hit across the widest part of my hips. Falls about 6 inches past the waist and it is cut for a woman's figure, not too straight. Fits true to size. This allows the jacket to flow and not look too boxy. The buttons are a light goldy silver, so it can blend with any color metal jewelry. The fabric has a raised woven finish with loads of texture. it also has so many colors woven in, that it will look great with most any fall to winter clothing. looking forward to pulling it out of my closet and putting in the mix in the next couple of weeks. Going to buy another Halogen tweedy jacket in lighter colors, too.
