Long Sleeve Wrap Midi Dress

I bought this dress in petite sizing. I’m 5’3” so I should be the upper end of this size range. This dress came down to mid calf with the sleeves to the middle of my hand and the bust flopping everywhere (I’m a C cup for a PS size) and gaping. Even a slip underneath and it shows through the top. The waist ties closer to empire, all telling me THIS IS TOO BIG. I bought it to wear to an event where mildly gothic would work well (that’s how it appears in black) but this is ridiculous.... The shoulder seams were in the right place and I’m narrow so that tells me the sizing is super off. I had to double check the tag because if I didn’t know better, I’d assume it was a regular. Oh and it is polyester and I was still willing but it came with a snag, which also told me it is poor quality. If you really want it, wait for a sale.
