I tried this on in-store because I thought the pattern was fun and purchased a similar Halogen pleated skirt last winter that I loved. This fit just as nicely as the previous one. I preferred the chiffon-type fabric of the one I previously purchased but was pleasantly surprised that this one didn’t cling or anything. However, I didn’t end up purchasing it because it’s see through. I tried it on with a top that, when tucked in, you could see right through the skirt. It’s too bad because it was otherwise pretty cute.
