Halo 2.0 Performance Shorts

I love these shorts. I was looking for something to wear on an active summer vacation that weren’t booty shorts. These are a perfect length and high rise. They’re so soft, lightweight, and dry really quickly. I love these so much! I wear a small in the performance joggers (I like those tight) but opted for a medium in these for a regular shorts fit. 5’8- 160lbs, size 8 pants, and carry most of my weight in my hips and belly.

What happened to the good old days when Nordstrom provided excellent customer service? Ordered the item and the crummy T Force people claim it was delivered when it was not. I have had numerous issues with T Force not delivering items: who Nordstrom uses as a carrier is a reflection on its brand. I contacted customer service about the missing item and first customer service agent was barely audible, slamming doors in the background and not focused on what I was saying. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Called back and got disconnected by the awful AI assistant. Called a third time, spoke to a manager, explained all of the above only to be told that I'd get a refund but need to spend more of my time re-ordering the missing item. Guess what? I will reorder it, just not at Nordstrom.
