Halle Stretch

Holy grail pants for 6' tall me. The hem isn't just longer, they are actually proportioned for a tall woman. I got the green/olive color. They don't look really technical (which can make you stick out overseas.) The fabric and construct seems durable. The fabric is a bit stretchy but isn't clingy. This is a forgiving fit, with an inner drawstring, so even though my personal hips aren't that curvy, since these have a bit of stretch and the drawstring, and the lower cut, I think it would fit curvier girls too. I paid full price and worth every penny.

I own four pairs of Halle pants that are at least ten years old, and they still look just as good as the day I purchased them, even after being washed hundreds of times. I absolutely loved these pants. I recently ordered another pair to wear on an upcoming business trip because they used to be my go‑to for comfortable travel attire. Unfortunately, I was very wrong in assuming they’d be the same. The new version is completely different—material, cut, and features. With the original Halle pants, you could wear them for days and they would still look amazing. The new pair looked awful after just one hour. They were wrinkled, bagged out, and not flattering at all. Sadly, I removed the tags immediately and tossed them, assuming it was the same product I had trusted for years. Can't return them without the tags. I’m extremely disappointed in the redesign—the awful fabric, the baggy, unflattering fit, snap back pockets gone, and the loss of performance. They’re no longer worth the price, and it’s such a letdown given how truly great the original version was.
