Poor Online Ordering Experience
I ordered these slippers twice and needed to return twice ! Both times size 11 slippers were sent inside a box labeled size 12. Madness ! Be cautious of ordering any footwear .. they do not check to see if the labeled box size and actual merchandise size matches. Very frustrating. Eventually I got my money back. I cannot comment on the quality or fit of these slippers.
