typically wear a 7.5 but order a size 8 in Baretraps because of the molded foot bed. If you like your feet to be edge to edge, then order your normal size. If you don’t like your heel or toe to hit the edge or extend over it, then go a half size up. The color, comfort, style and adjustability were all winners. Unfortunately, when I took steps on carpet, the perforations in the arch created suctions while walking and consequently gas like noises. If they had not perforated the insole, it would’ve been a perfect design. I would recommend trying them because your arch might hit the shoe differently and not have this problem.
