Poor return
The package came ok. The size was too big and I didn’t like the tie strap around the neck. The return was a bit of an issue. We don’t have a Nordstrom in the Palm Springs area just a Rack and they wouldn’t take it back. I had to do some running g around to return it, I won’t buy online from Nordstrom at least while I’m living here
