Comfortable, functional
I've had the "scuff" style of Haflinger wool slippers for years ... and tried the "full heel" style this past month. They are great ! Very happy I got them. They are easier on your feet and achilles as you no longer have to "hang on" with your toes. :). Highly recommend.

Disappointed
I was really excited to get these slippers. However they are uncomfortable because they put a seam at the top center of the shoe which looks fine from the outside - but inside, they left a big wad of the material along the entire seam that digs into the top of your feet! I don't know if I received a defective pair that had not been trimmed on the inside, but I do not see how anyone could wear them without the tops of their feet getting rubbed raw :(

Good but . . .
The only problem with this slipper for me is the inner seam that runs from toe to top. It was very noticeable to me. Seemed good otherwise.

Almost Perfect
I almost returned these but I'm so glad I didn't. It's very difficult to find a high quality, well-made slipper. Or any slipper not made in China, for that matter. These are German and are made in Poland. They are super comfy and cozy and because the are all wool my feet never get too warm. Big selling point. The reason why I considered returning them is because there's a seam that runs along the center upper of the slipper that I feel on the top of my foot. At first it made me nuts - I have high arches and that could be why I feel it - but I got used to it. Hence the reason for four stars. Otherwise, I love em. I got the charcoal grey and they're lovely. Hopefully they'll last a long time.

Don't Go A Half Size Up
I wear a 7.5, sometimes an 8 (In a pointy toe). the directive was too go a half size up if you wore a half size. Bad idea. They were huge and had to go back. I would consider going a half size down if you are a half size.

The purple is nice
I love them. They’re so comfortable and are a great fit. I’d probably be ok with the sole as is but I added an insert as I wear them a lot and have had plantar fasciitis. I might have to size up my next pair if I want to wear sox.
