What it does: The fry pan is crafted from scratch-resistant, hard anodized aluminum, with a warp-resistant base that cooks evenly and consistently. A flat surface and flared walls make it easy for one-hand sautéing and turning foods with a spatula. It's ideal for browing and pan-frying foods.

Additional features: The comfortable stainless steel handle makes maneauving the pan easy. The hard anodized interior makes cleaning up (after cooling) effortless and quick.

Compatible heat sources: Safe for use on all stovetops including induction; oven-safe up to 500°F.

Doesn't hold up for the price you pay
Don't buy these pans. Doesn't hold up, even when using silicon spatulas and sponge to clean. We've only had them for 5 months and there's small scratches all over so now I'm afraid its toxic.

Very Good Nonstick Surface
I purchased this pan to replace a prior All-Clad 10-inch nonstick pan the coating of which had completely disintegrated, though after a number of years (can't recall how many). I really like the coating on this pan--so very easy to use and clean. The only thing I don't like is the straight edge at the top--very difficult to scoop out of but after the first try--and food all over the stove--I'm getting the hang of it. (I still have the 8-inch nonstick, purchased at the same time, which is still doing very well. Originally from the Canonsburg PA area, I'm definitely an All-Clad fan.)

My honest opinion
Honestly, I love the non stick All Clad cookware. I love cooking with it, but I really hate that it contains toxic materials. I try not to use it much, but it does a great job of cooking most foods.

has become one of my favorites
I made a stirfry tonight and the ease of cooking was phenomenal. Everything turned out beautifully and the pan is nonstick as it’s posted. I have a full set of all clad D3 stainless yet this pan is become my work horse.
