Best $50 lipstick!
I am a practical person. In an emergency two years ago, I bought a Guerlain lipstick not realizing you don’t get the whole case. I was mad - especially at the heavy price for an incomplete lipstick. I finally decided to get the rest of the case as the temporary cap kept falling off. I got the gold case. I LOVE It. It is heavy and has a pop up mirror. Very fancy. It feels so good in your hand. Now I want another one. And the lipstick is amazing. It is so creamy. I’m definitely buying another one of the metallic ones. It feels like a heavy bullet in your hand. It is pure extravagance!

A great accessory
Love these cases! Bought my first one this past summer at Guerlain on Champs Elysee in Paris along with the 06 lip color. They even engraved my name on the case which was a lovely touch and free. I was a bit confused and frustrated though when I wanted to buy another lip color but could not figure out how to remember which color I had and wanted to replace. Thought I had saved the end of the packaging but was not to be found. Off to Nordstrom with lip color in hand hoping we could match it when the sales associate pointed out that the number corresponding to the color is etched on the silver end of each lip container....oops! Egg on my face but what an ingenious idea....in case anyone else was as wondering the same thing.

I got the gold case and I absolutely love it! It looks so classy and expensive but it wasn't! It is very easy to use and I like the weight of it. My beautiful Guerlain lipstick is safe inside. No worries about the cap coming off and my wonderful new color becoming scared or dirty. The mirrors are very useful. I do not have to worry about finding my compact to reapply and I appreciate the magnification side.

GOTTA' GET THE BEAUTIFUL CASE
Now I am going to get every color of this case and as many shades of their ROUGE G lipstick that I can use!! The green case I obtained for the first lipstick is commented on by everyone and is a classic. I am headed back online for more of each!!!! I even wear the lightest lipstick to bed as it is that moisturizing!!! Try any of the lipstick shades and you will GET WHAT I MEAN by it being the best!
