'Maud' Boot

These boots were love at first sight. I purchased them in store which I was so pleased about because doing so saved me the hassle of returning the boots. The boots are beautiful, however, like the description reads, they are narrow! I normally wear a 9 1/2 in dress boots but because of feet swelling I tried these boots on in a 10. They were still too snug. The 10 1/2 were perfect! I get lots of compliments at work when I wear these. They are worth the price!

I am very particular about the boots which I purchase. I have a skinny ankle and find that some boots are just too wide in that area for me and I don't end up getting them for that reason. The Maud boot is a nice width at the ankle for me yet not too tight in the calf area. I love these boots, they are comfy, eligent, and sexy at the same time. LUV, LUV, LUV the logo embossed in the leather and they do turn a few heads.

I ordered these boots on Monday and I recieved them on wed. Quick delivery and these boots are amazing. The quality is great,the texture is very good. They do run narrow and the calf is really fitted, you cannot wear jeans inside of them. And I'm a jeans girl so I'm undecided if I'm gonna go up to a size 10 just to see if the calf would be a little larger or if I'm gonna just keep the ones I have. Or if I'm gonna return them. Maybe I'll go try them on and I will determine from that . I wear 9 or 91/2 and I sized up to a 9 1/2 The ankle is good and the shoe size is good but the calf is still fitted and I have very skinny calves. If you have really big calves or muscular calves these boots are definitely not for you.

I saw these online and was hesitant to buy because of sizing issues when I previously ordered boots online. I went in store and was amazed at the quality of these boots. I tried a 37 (7 US) according to the guide to go a half size up, but they were rather large on me. I tried the 36 (6 US) and they fit like a glove. I normally wear a 6.5 so I was surprised. I still have tons of room in the toe and shoe bed and even the calves fit great. I am HIGHLY impressed with these boots- simply gorgeous and very well made. I can't wait to wear them!

Too big, which I pretty much expected. They were out of the 8.5 so I tried the 9, no luck. Ordered the black. First thought at opening the box: "did they send the rubber ones by mistake?" That is not my idea of $1100 leather. I have several boots at half that price that look better. Very disappointed. Maybe the brown looks better.

These are beautiful boots. Except the calves fit me like galoshes. Granted, I have thin legs. The leather (I got brown) is beautiful and soft, but no sexy fit for me.
