Bamboo Horsebit Clog

I purchased these at the Grove in LA and I am SO glad that I did. As soon as I saw them, especially when I tried them on I knew I had to have them. It is no surprise that the size that I purchased, 39.5 is completely sold out in black. Know that they run small - I wear 8.5 and the Gucci sizing that I have seen shows that a 39.5 is actually a 39. Since it is an open back, the 39.5 fits perfectly - I like to size up in terms of open backs like this clog and the Gucci Princetown. I also have a narrow foot (AA and sometimes AAA) and they feel wonderful. This clog is the best combination of style, luxury design and cutting edge [clogs are definitely on the trend reports]. I am going to find every opportunity to rock these.

The picture does not do this pair of shoes justice. They are a MUST HAVE! I was waiting for the Louis Vuitton clogs to become available in my size, however, they never did! I'm glad I got these! I'm normally a size 7.5, but I sized up to 8.

I sat with these shoes for a couple of weeks wavering between loving them and questioning do I really love them!? The horse bit looks beautiful (even more so on the white ones which I also ordered) Truth is these are HEAVY shoes and I wanted them to be the pair I reach for all spring and summer. With the weight of them I knew they'd be too much work. I have other clogs that are much lighter and a bit more narrow so not as clunky so back they must go.

I hesitated in buying only because of the price. But, I absolutely live these shoes. I normally need a wide width but these are perfect.
