Venice 5 Qt Saute Pan - Looks & Performance
We recently remodeled our kitchen, and found out that our old saute pan that was
'induction ready' wasn't. Really like our Green Pan Valencia cookware, so decided to buy this saute pan as a replacement. The pan is great. I like the looks of this one over the Valencia pans that we purchased previously. It's as non-stick as you'd expect it to be. Looking forward to making many great meals in it.

Greenpan Has Bad Customer Service
After 1.5 years of usage the coating on the edge of the pan is chipping on my Venice Pro. I emailed Greenpan my receipt and pictures of the pan. After three months I still have not received a response. The warranty is 2 years per their policy and I’ve only had my pan for 1.5 years.

Horrible
I bought this set hardly a year ago and every single of them are chipping and everything I sticking even with using the foam cleaner. They have never been in the dishwasher.

5 qt sauté pan
I bought a set of Venice Pro and it came with a 3 or 3.5 qt sauté pan and I enjoy it very much BUT this 5 qt allows you to do so much more…..spaghetti sauce, stir frys and more. I love it!
