Will last you a year or less
I was really happy with my Valencia Pro grill pan and cooking pan for performance and the fact that they’re “healthy”. Sadly, both lasted within 10 months to one year before the coating began to fail. I think they’re great but they shouldn’t only last a year.

Excellent pan
Excellent non-stick pan—easy to cook with and easy to clean. Meat glides easily around the surface from the second you place it into the pan, rather that sticking. Even a sauce added to caramelise and coat the meat in the final minute of cooking (notoriously difficult to scrub off in my other pans), wiped clean with a paper towel in this GreenPan frying pan.

Rough bottom
The bottom of the pan is extremely rough. It's definitely not something to use with a ceramic cooktop. It might be compatible, but it would definitely leave scratches over time. I wish this had been disclosed.
