Grayson Penny Loafer

Looking for a classic loafer style but with a little edge. These are nice, love the color and worn-looking areas. They fit just slightly narrow. The deal breaker is there is absolutely no support. Unfortunately, I had to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute loafer. True to size. I wear 7.5 for all my shoes at Madewell and this fits the same, even with socks. The little coins are really cute and so is the color. I like that it isn't a full black but gives off brown in some light. So far it is comfortable (but I haven't worn them for a full day yet).

I really wanted the to work but they were not comfortable out of the box for me, like many Madewell shoes are. They are very cute and classic looking.

Beautiful loafer, classic design, and excellent quality. I disagree that they are comfortable right out of the box; they are a little stiff and seem narrower around the ankle and back so that may take some wearing in. However, the design makes it worth it, and the fact that it's a leather upper and lining for this price is a big draw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read ALL the reviews and ended up ordering the black in size 8, and I feel that they are about .5 size too big. I’m in between a 7.5 and an 8. I will get some inserts as they were final sale. I absolutely love them though and waiting for another sale to get the brown!! Easily dressed up or down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wide feet with a higher in-step, and these are not ready-to-wear and comfortable like some said. I bought a 6.5, my normal size and thought maybe with a 7 things could have been a little more comfortable. I definitely wouldn’t be able to wear with socks.
