8” Classic Chef Knife
I love my new classic 8” chef knife. Since I live in Florida I totally appreciate the coral peach color. It is beautiful. The only thing I am disappointed with is that it does not come with a safety case especially at this price point since I did not purchase on sale. My previous knife some years back came with a case. That is why I gave 4 stars.

User friendly knife
It fits very well in my hand, holding its edge so far. The knife was lighter than I expected, but the sharpness makes up for any missing weight and means my wife can easily use it without difficulty.

This was a Gift for my Granddaughters engaement. I have several Wusthof knives and love them. I have been using them since the 1990's.

Amazing Food Prep Workhorse
I was looking to round out the 10-piece knife block set I received as a gift. The 8" chef's knife fit one of the remaining slots in the set and the cutting needs I had. The larger blade was light enough to be easily wielded and worked great for my larger cutting tasks I frequently have. The blade size and smooth cutting action makes food prep effortless.

Best in the kitchen!
