My new “FAV” knife!
I thought I would try this new knife because of the size and versatility and Wustof did not disappoint. I use it every day and I love the length and ease of use! Forever a Wustof customer!!

Gourmet 6” Utility Knife
Very lightweight, cheap plastic feel in hand. I’m honestly disappointed with this knife. Would not purchase again.

6-inch “Gourmet” Utility Knife
As it is with my 8-inch Chef Knife, this WÜSTHOF Utility knife is comfortable, has a tough sharp blade, and feels like it should in my hand: slightly heavier in the handle for excellent ease in a rocking chop—but this knife is fantastic for slicing, as well. If I’m not using my WÜSTHOF Chef knife, it’s only because I’m using this WÜSTHOF utility knife. Yeah, I might use a paring knife once in a while (for some precise work, maybe), but now that I have this Utility knife, I don’t really see much of a need for my other knives (besides my WÜSTHOF Chef knife, of course).

Great knife to complete our set
We chose to purchase the 6" utility knife to complete our set of six other Wusthof knives. without a doubt the best set of knives we have owned in our 56 years of marriage.
